Responsibility
- Provide expert financial advisory and compliance support to U.S.-based clients under FINRA regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Series 6, 7, and 26 licensing requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and solutions.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes, updating internal policies and procedures as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence for financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with FINRA and company standards.
- Educate clients and internal stakeholders on financial products, market trends, and regulatory obligations.
- Participate in audits and inspections, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 6, 7, or 26 license (mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of FINRA rules, SEC regulations, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with U.S. clients or in a global financial services environment (a plus).
