Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of finished goods in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization by implementing efficient storage solutions and FIFO/LIFO methodologies.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, labeling, and tracking of goods to reduce errors and losses.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to support demand forecasting and procurement planning.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance in all warehouse operations, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or finished goods storage, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industries.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle WMS) and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and just-in-time (JIT) systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management standards is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
