Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets the highest standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, glassware, and utensils.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, providing receipts and change as needed.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or special events to enhance the guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Server in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, as well as basic wine service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
