Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional service in alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
- Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, recommend dishes, and provide detailed descriptions of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen with precision.
- Serve food and beverages with elegance, adhering to timing and presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and gourmet cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
