Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including insurance, investment, and wealth management products
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and present tailored recommendations to clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and retention strategies
- Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial sales, banking, or insurance (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply)
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Professional certification (e.g., CFP, ChFC) is advantageous but not required
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Willingness to obtain relevant financial advisory licenses
