Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality chat support to financial services customers, ensuring professional and empathetic communication.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to account management and financial services.
  • Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to provide accurate, real-time information.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain data privacy and security standards in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on financial regulations and product changes.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of BPO or customer service experience (experience in financial accounts is a significant advantage).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and professional chat etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be a resident of Lipa City or willing to work on-site in Batangas.
  • Basic knowledge of financial/banking processes is preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency.
