Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits and address findings proactively.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management through comprehensive analysis and reporting.
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance, working closely with tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local Indonesian financial regulations.
- Proven experience with financial consolidation, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance-specific financial reporting (e.g., Solvency II, statutory reporting).
