Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and financial models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather and analyze financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with corporate policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and scenario modeling for new business initiatives, investments, and operational changes.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in a BPO or shared services environment, with a strong understanding of operational financial metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a multicultural and international environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
