Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Partner with business units to drive performance improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects to address business challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficient in Mandarin (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or FMCG sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
