Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts, identifying variances and root causes.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather input for budget preparation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making on investments, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Automate and improve financial reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support the annual budgeting process and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, or FMVA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with IFRS or GAAP standards is an advantage.
