Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients to identify their insurance and financial planning requirements.
- Develop and present customized insurance solutions, including life, health, and investment-linked policies, tailored to clients' unique needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing advice and support to ensure their financial goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with AXA’s team of financial experts to stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Bali market.
- Educate clients on the benefits of insurance and financial planning, helping them make informed decisions about their financial future.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and financial plans using AXA’s internal systems.
- Participate in community events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand AXA’s presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales, financial planning, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of insurance products, including life, health, and investment-linked policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, or local insurance licenses) are highly desirable.
