Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize financial performance.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile financial discrepancies promptly.
- Support tax filings and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial coordination, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
