Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with corporate objectives.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and risk management strategies.
- Implement robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance benchmarking.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to maintain liquidity and financial stability.
- Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost analysis within a multinational or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
