Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial results.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial control roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling is a plus.
