Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations and local Indonesian standards.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and transparency.
- Optimize accounting systems and software to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive profitability and cost optimization.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting management, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with BSP reporting and compliance (Philippine financial regulations) is a must.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local Indonesian financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is a plus.
