Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate, review, and distribute invoices to clients and vendors.
- Reconcile sales data and financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular stock audits (stock opname) and report findings to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial policies.
- Process payments, track outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data integrity in accounting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor/client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
