Responsibility
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax compliance
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and financial risk management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and company policies
- Support the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems and processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business improvement
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in logistics or maritime industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Certification such as CPA, CFA, or ongoing professional development is a plus
