Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of billing invoices to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax-related roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles (SAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
