Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings while optimizing tax efficiency.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to build a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
