Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, payroll processing, and tax filings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to maintain transparent and compliant financial practices.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for mid to large-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or international business is highly desirable.
