Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
- Recommend and explain life insurance products and financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive follow-ups and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for insurance policies and financial products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to provide accurate advice.
- Prepare and present financial plans, illustrations, and proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with the team to participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, financial advisory, or insurance (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial software/tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area (Bali) for client meetings.
- Certification in insurance or financial planning (e.g., AAJI, CFP) is a plus.
