Responsibility
- Provide personalized financial consulting to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable insurance and investment products.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial plans, including risk management, retirement, and wealth accumulation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trust-based advisory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and converting leads into policyholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and Astra Life’s product portfolio to offer accurate advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
- Conduct financial literacy workshops or seminars to educate clients and prospects in Bali.
- Document client interactions, transactions, and compliance requirements meticulously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, or banking (fresh graduates with strong aptitude are encouraged).
- Proven track record in client acquisition, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to evaluate financial data and market conditions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certifications (e.g., AAJI, CFP) or willingness to obtain relevant licenses.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics is a plus.
