Responsibility
- Conduct financial analysis and research to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, budget vs. actual performance, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects, including cost analysis, profitability assessments, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Maintain and improve financial models and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial software is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
