Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and align budgetary goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or strategic planning.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
