Responsibility
- Prepare and submit statutory financial reports in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and inspections.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial statements.
- Support internal control initiatives to mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in statutory reporting, compliance, or audit.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
