Responsibility
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth across mall operations.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead financial risk management initiatives, including identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial objectives with overall business strategy and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Optimize financial performance by analyzing trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving financial processes.
- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and external auditors to maintain transparency and trust.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in retail or mall operations.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of financial risk management and corporate governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is advantageous.
