Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance to provide personalized advice.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify insurance, investment, and retirement planning opportunities.
- Recommend tailored financial solutions, including life insurance, health coverage, and wealth management products, to meet client objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and AXAâs product offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Collaborate with AXAâs internal teams to ensure seamless client service and adherence to compliance standards.
- Proactively generate leads and expand your client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Educate clients on financial literacy, helping them understand the importance of long-term planning and risk management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management (prior experience as a Financial Advisor is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including life insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are highly advantageous.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RFP, or local licensing) are preferred but not required for the right candidate.
