As a trusted advisor, you’ll leverage your sales expertise to educate business owners on flexible financing solutions, helping them scale operations and achieve their goals. Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients (retailers, small businesses) to present micro-loan products.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend tailored financing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while adhering to ethical lending practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan approvals and disbursements.
- Educate clients on repayment terms, benefits, and responsible borrowing.
- Document all sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or financial services (microfinance experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Basic understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and risk management.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (Bali) and work flexible hours.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for empowering small businesses.
