Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with Wings retail partners across Bali
- Present and sell Bank MAS unsecured loan products to qualified businesses
- Conduct financial needs assessments for potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursements
- Provide excellent customer service and financial advice to clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Stay updated on banking products, policies, and market trends
- Participate in regular training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Willingness to travel within Bali (company vehicle provided)
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
