Responsibility

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting insurance policies and financial solutions.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to identify client goals and recommend suitable products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Deliver presentations and workshops to educate clients on financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, financial advisory, or insurance is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (if not already held).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
