Responsibility
- Provide personalized financial advisory services to clients, including insurance, investment, and retirement planning.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial products from Great Eastern’s portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and present tailored solutions to individuals and businesses.
- Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and industry regulations to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with banking partners to deliver integrated bancassurance solutions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven sales or client-facing experience (preferably in financial services, insurance, or banking).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with financial products (insurance, investments, wealth management) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., AAJI, CFP) as required.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
