Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients’ needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop and present customized financial plans, including insurance, investment, and retirement solutions.
- Educate clients on various financial products, such as life insurance, health insurance, and investment funds.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and reviews.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to provide accurate advice.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting AXA Mandiri’s financial products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance, or sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record in client relationship management and sales performance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and tools is a plus.
- Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus for Bali’s international clientele.
