Responsibility
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-net-worth institutional clients, ensuring their financial needs and expectations are met with the highest standards of service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial advice tailored to their goals.
- Collaborate with investment advisors, private bankers, and product specialists to develop and deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
- Monitor client portfolios, track market trends, and proactively recommend adjustments to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in all client interactions.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance analyses, and market insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to streamline client management, track interactions, and enhance service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service, relationship management, or wealth management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, handle confidential information discreetly, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in wealth management, including KYC, AML, and data privacy laws.
