Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized banking solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of private banking clients, ensuring exceptional service and proactive financial advisory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated wealth management services, including investment, credit, and estate planning.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase assets under management.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and market updates to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions.
- Leverage digital banking tools and platforms to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Represent Elitez Group at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios and achieving business growth targets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a culturally diverse workplace.
