Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of financial advisors, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Oversee daily operations of the Investor Centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on market trends and financial products.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
