Responsibility

  • Drive the sales and cross-selling of banking products, with a primary focus on CASA (Current and Savings Accounts).

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for deposit growth and product penetration.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with CASA products, deposit accounts, and basic banking operations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
