Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day servicing of high-net-worth client accounts with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate and execute client onboarding processes including KYC, AML, and due diligence procedures
- Liaise between clients and relationship managers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process complex banking transactions and resolve account-related inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare regular account statements and performance reports for private banking clients
- Assist in organizing client events and exclusive banking experiences in Bali
- Stay updated on private banking products, services, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations or customer service
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
