Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, providing tailored financial solutions and support.
- Analyze client inquiries, identify needs, and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely, accurate resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Prepare and present reports on client interactions, service metrics, and improvement opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools to document client interactions and track service performance.
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, banking, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with global clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
