Responsibility
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Support the preparation of financial proposals, credit analyses, and risk assessments for corporate lending and advisory services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., credit, compliance, treasury) to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
- Monitor client portfolios, track financial performance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling banking products.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes affecting corporate clients.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and networking events to strengthen relationships and expand the client base.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate lending, credit analysis, and financial statement interpretation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and banking software/tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Indonesia (e.g., OJK, BI) and international banking standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
