Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain risk profiling documentation in compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Lead outsourcing risk reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Monitor and report on third-party vendor performance, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.
- Stay updated on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends affecting third-party risk management.
- Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of the TPRM framework and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, or compliance reviews.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CRMA, CISA, or CIA are a plus.
