Responsibility
- Develop and execute tactical sales strategies to achieve branch business targets and KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, including individuals, SMEs, and corporate entities.
- Promote and cross-sell Security Bankâs financial products, such as loans, deposits, credit cards, and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Bali.
- Collaborate with branch staff and other departments to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored financial advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic financial software.
- Knowledge of the Balinese market and local business culture is highly advantageous.
