Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one financial consultations to assess clients’ needs, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
- Design and recommend customized insurance and investment plans (e.g., life, health, retirement, education funds) tailored to individual circumstances.
- Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and risk management strategies to ensure informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive follow-ups, reviews, and relationship management.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, tax laws, and industry best practices to provide compliant and strategic advice.
- Collaborate with AXA’s underwriting and support teams to process applications, claims, and policy adjustments efficiently.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance, or sales (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Licensed or willing to obtain relevant insurance certifications (e.g., Philippine Insurance Commission license).
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients, including expatriates and local communities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, financial software, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality and compliance.
