Responsibility
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
- Design and present customized financial plans, including insurance, investments, and retirement strategies.
- Educate clients on various financial products, such as life insurance, health coverage, and wealth management solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and proactive communication.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and AXAâs product offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with AXAâs team of experts to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to manage client portfolios efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, or banking (preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and committed to ethical financial practices.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., insurance licensing) if not already held.
- Residency or legal work eligibility in Indonesia.
