Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and support budgeting processes.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents in accordance with local regulations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, both digital and physical.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
