Responsibility
- Prepare and process journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial recording.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Organize and archive financial documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure budget adherence and financial transparency.
- Conduct regular financial audits and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Support tax-related activities, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, financial administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvements.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
