Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, taxes, and other statutory payments.
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenses, optimize costs, and improve financial performance.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Support the finance team in preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
