Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and monitor cash flow projections, ensuring liquidity and optimal fund allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts, aligning with business objectives.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted performance, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance roles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate insightful reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is highly desirable.
