Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Assist in tax preparation, filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
