Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK).
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, income tax, and other regulatory filings, ensuring adherence to local and national tax laws.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and inspections.
- Lead administrative functions, including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and office management.
- Monitor banking activities, cash flow, and liquidity to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards (SAK), and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local business environment is an advantage.
