Responsibility
- Manage daily cash flow, including recording incoming and outgoing transactions with accuracy.
- Process and verify payments, invoices, and expense reports to ensure timely and correct disbursements.
- Prepare and submit tax documents, including VAT, income tax, and other regulatory filings, in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax assessments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digitally and physically.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
